What can you experience at Tswaing?


Four hiking trails varying from 7 - 10 km in length, amongst them the 7,2 km Crater Trail, the only one of its kind in the world
A variety of animals and plants;
Displays on Tswaing's natural and cultural history;


Guided walks for school, adult, family and other groups (by prior arrangement with the staff at Tswaing);
One of the best birding spots in Gauteng, with some 240 recorded species;
Some 170 head of game (kudu, impala, red hartebeest, eland, zebra) and many other smaller animal species
Mountain-biking on the crater trail and the remainder of the Tswaing road network (by prior arrangement);
